As the Artistic Director of The Finest Performance Foundation she has written, directed, choreographed, and produced several original plays including, A Change Gon’ Come (the life of Harriet Tubman and the Underground Railroad) and The Café. She has performed throughout the DC area including Arena Stage’s Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom by August Wilson and The Piano Teacher by Julia Cho at Rep Stage.  As a resident actor with Living Stage Theatre Company in DC, she performed a one woman show, The Gimmick by Dael Orlandersmith. She attended the Actors Studio Masters Program at the New School and studied acting under Susan Batson. Kashi-Tara has made appearances in the movie Kazaam starring Shaquille O’Neal, performed with the group Salt N Pepa, recorded on the movie soundtrack Space Jams and has performed as a solo artist on the Lilith Fair Tour.


JOSH ADAMS is a professional actor based in Washington, DC. Some Theatre Credits: Appropriate (Woolly Mammoth), Unplugged: All Apologies (Flying V), Fallbeil (Field Trip), The Tempest (We Happy Few), The Big Meal (Studio Theatre), Milestones(CAST), Balm in Gilead (Balm in Gilead, Brooklyn), The Lieutenant of Inishmore (Ion Theatre), True West (Lotus Theatre), Pagan Play (Moving Parts), The Tutor (Vox Nova). Josh received a BA in Theatre and a minor in Political Science from University of California: San Diego. Some UCSD credits: Woyzeck, The Mistakes Madeline Made, Betty’s Summer Vacation, Waiting for Lefty, The Distance from Here. Some Film Credits: Geographically Desirable, Alone in Numbers, Mr. Sunshine, You’ll be Fine, For Rent, I Dreamt Bliss. He will play Cripple Billy in the upcoming production of The Cripple of Inishmaan at First Stage.


JENNY DONOVAN has enjoyed working with NTM over the past two years. She has performed as Melinda in The Autopsy of Doctor Melinda J. Smith. Other credits include—NATIONAL: Helena in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (National Players). Mistress Hibbins in The Scarlet Letter (National Payers). REGIONAL: Sister James in Doubt (1st Stage Theatre); Alice in Lobster Alice (Flying V Theatre); Amelia Mouse in Mouse on the Move (Imagination Stage); Miranda in The Tempest (Annapolis Shakespeare Company); Luciana in Comedy of Errors (Lean and Hungry Theatre); Jenny in In the Forest, She Grew Fangs (Washington Rogues); Julia in The Birds (Quotidian Theatre); Jessica in A Maze (Rorschach Theatre); The Other Woman in Witness for the Prosecution (Olney Theatre Center); Elaine Robinson in The Graduate (Keegan Theatre). Jenny received her BA in drama from The Catholic University of America.

LOREN BASS * has been a professional actor for over 35 years. He has performed in New York, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Boston, Detroit, Dallas, Miami, Arizona, Virginia, Idaho, Indiana, and North and South Dakota playing leading roles in such plays as A Streetcar Named Desire, The Elephant Man, Of Mice and Men, Art, A Life in the Theatre, Mindgame, Diary of Anne Frank, Amadeus, Rosencrants and Guildenstern are Dead, The Golem, and Mercutio. Films - Gifted Hands, Kill the Irishman, Street Boss, AKA Jimmy Picard, Ocean of Pearls, War Flowers, and It Follows.
